Among the three, which "lechon manok" would you prefer..?

Preferably i would go for Tiktilaok.

You can't compare Tiktilaok to Sr.Pedro or Chooks lechon manok coz these are 'barbecued' chicken, while Tiktilaok is different, its oven roasted chicken.

barbecued food are unhealthy if eaten frequently, the worst part of the meat is the blackened section, which is why you should always avoid charring the meat and never eat the blackened sections, this has the high carcinogen content.
