I have a couple of old computers lying around... mga pentium 4s.... they still work and I plan to restore them pero ang casing ga lagom na.... yellowish na ang color sa case. How do I restore them to the original color of white? ma restore pa ba na? or dili na?

no it can't be restored. Dirt can be removed though. Pa timbang nalang na then buy new.
