Need advise with my Desktop Computer problem

Good day istoryans! Ask lng ko diri regarding sa naincounter nako nga problem sa akong computer. I know daghan jud mga technician diri nga mga tang.an kaau. Hope matabangan ko ninyo.
Ang problema mga bro mao ni. After installing the available updates sa akong OS which is windows 7 ultimate edition, dli mopadayon ug boot ang hard disk. I mean dili siya normal kay kutob ra siya sa Windows Logo then morestart siya. I was thinking nga corrupted ang OS so nakahuna2x ko ug reformat pero dili ko kasulod sa BIOS para machange nako ang first boot into CD ROM. Inig press nako ug del, Enter Setup ra jud siya kutob mga bro. Meaning mohangup siya. Daghan nako gibuhat, gidismantle nako ang computer then gilimpyohan tanang parts. Gisuwayan nakog setup ang computer without case then gipaandar. Mao ra gihapon. Gisuwayan nakog taud ang HDD sa laing computer, madetect siya then akong reformat, nareformat jud. Pero pagtaud nako didto sa akong copmputer, mao mao ra gihapon. Nagduda ko bro akong mobo ang guba. Ako sad gisuwayan akong computer ug lain nga HDD pero same ra gihapon. Murag mobo jud ang guba. Akong pangutana mga bro, possible ba nga mahitabo ni ingun.ani kay wlay thermal paste ang processor? Wala na bay laing paagi nga maau ni akong copmuter aside sa magpalit ug Bag.o nga mobo? RAM - 2GB
HDD - 160GB
PROCESSOR - INTEL DUAL CORE 2.2GHZ
VIDEO CARD - 256 NVIDIA

sa motherboard jd ni na error. is there no way maka butang ka thermal paste sa imo cpu? this would really lower down the number of things to isolate.

anyways assume naa na ka thermal paste, check if wala ba any signs of damage imo motherboard(i hope dili paint brush imo gamit ug limpyo kay yatap na sa static discharge.) check if wala capacitors namubot. remove CMOS battery for 10minutes, also change cmos jumper to CLEAR setting. reinsert battery,replace with new if necessary and replace jumper to normal mode. check if maka sulod na ba ka BIOS.

btw, unsay power supply ani? brand, model etc

Thanks for the reply bro...anyway, walay signs nga nangbuto ang mga capacitors, resistors, and everything...Im not using paint brush kay kahibalo ko nga yataps jud akong mobo ana. Ill try doing your suggestion bro nga iremove ang CMOS batt for 10 minutes then clear ang settings sa jumper. Im using Biostar bro.

Check your RAM and PSU. Might be defective.

boss ask lang ko .. dle d i pwede e limpyo sa mobo ang paint brush gamit man gud naku pang limpyu sa mobo paint brush..maka guba d i na sa mobo??

try to strip down the components bro.. only connect what's necessary.

no optical drive
no add-on graphics card
no pci cards, etc

kanang keyboard, mouse, 1 stick of ram at a time, hard drive ug monitor lang i connect and see if it makes a difference..
if makacomplete siya ug POST then connect the other devices one by one para ma-isolate jud nimo kung unsa ang naka-cause..

before stripping everything, Have you tried using another power connector ug SATA cable sa imong hard drive?? have you tried using another SATA port?

@ Hawkeye294, Yes bro, ive tried stripping down the parts and connected only those essential parts.
@ Walaybuot69, I tested different SATA cables and power cable connector and used the available
SATA ports. Wla ra gihapon bro.
@ bonot, (try daw ilis imo psu basin naa na leak...) Kani maoy wala pa nako mabuhat kay nangita pa
kog compatible psu sa akong mobo bro. EATX man gud ang akong psu. Cge bro, ill try doing it bro
when I reach home tonight.
