My mother sent me a Smart sim card (international roaming has been activated) from Cebu.
My current location : Washington State, USA

I am using an unlocked Quadband (GSM) Motorola Razr (purchased from AT&T- not that knock off China made)... wala man ne signal, it's not working

Anyone? What kind of phone should I use? Why is it not working?
