    Default LF: iPod earphone alternatives

i didn't want to hijack the iPod support thread so i started this. I need to buy new earphones.. i recently bought new ones from iStore but they sucked and broke in a few weeks so now i'm looking for non-Apple earphones which are hopefully cheaper and just as good/better.. can anyone recommend me some? or better yet a list or a link to a list? i'm looking for more options, but if you strongly recommend a particular product, feel free to tell me too.. and please do tell me where i could buy them. thanks

I suggest looking for a Phillips brand at Radio City in Ayala across Audionet. I recently bought a Philips headphone there for my PSP and it didn't disappoint. It cost me around 300. Compared to the Logitech Playgear Stealth headphones which I also bought at the Maze for 650, the Phillips headphone is very very good. Has a deep bass and fine trebble. I don't know why but I think the accessories sold at most stores here are fake and thus suck in quality. Sad that most of these shops sell the accessories at their original rates. I don't know about the iStore though. I mean they should be selling quality products and accessories. I was planning to buy an iPod headphones for my PSP I guess I'll just stick with my new, cheap, and satisfying Phillips headphones.
