    Default Depression and Insecurities


    Hi, i feel so down and I lost my confidence....

    I gain so much almost twice of my college weight. I feel so ugly and unattractive.

    Malling sometimes makes me sad, seeing gud looking individual around simply reminds me of how unlucky I am...

    I understand that there is always better and lesser person than me but I still im sad.

    I am in a relationship and it makes me sad when some acquaintances giving out comments that im with a more attractive and good looking person.. "not so bagay daw", I smile but kind a "ouch!"...

    Be proud to yourself it's your life, suya lang sila........he-he
    Then change for the better, the hurdle is so light, exercise ra may kulang ana.
    If you are with an attractive and good looking person maybe you are also as well.

    He-he, anxious lang tingale ka, no worries man tingale, anha na makita nga love gyud ka niya. exercise na uy dili ra ba healthy na ang tambok (tambok2x ra ba sad ko gamay he-he), brisk walking lang gud everyday with your attractive person.

    Relak lng TS... you shouldn't be... take it as an inspiration for a goal... build yer self esteem..

    self esteem doesn’t grow on trees, but it grows in your mind. daghan ways para ana.. set yourself a few easy goals that will help you feel better.... It can be about food (stop drinking soft drinks, or start eating fruits for snacks). another great way is to start exercising. I personally like reading positives quotes, it really helps when I am not 100%.

    do things you are good at.. we have our own talents.. me i like to cook and it gives me satisfaction when i share it.. for sure ikaw naa pud ka imoha... so dnt be insecure...

    be happy... mura xa og dali ra but lisod sad sah? technically we should be happy being alive and well... its all in the mind.. and each time you have a negative thought stop thinking about it and change it with something positive... yer mind is a great tool but it can also be your worst enemy...

    it's ok TS, mabalik ra to imo previous weight. disciplina sa kaon og exercise lang jud. better start now kay kung magkadugay, magkalaay mo sugod, dayon mas madepressed ka. goodluck

    bro, find ways to make yourself better. instead of sulking in downcast thoughts, ACT!

    find doable solutions to your problem.

    if you think you're fat, then exercise. clean up your eating habits. exercising has so many benefits bro, i tell you. don't rely on fad diets because they don't work for the long term. lifestyle change is key. i used to be much heavier before, until i started going to the gym. not only did i lost weight, my mood and disposition in life improved as well. i have more confidence.

    focus on your passions and things you love, rather than listening to unsolicited opinions from other people. they can put you down only if you allow them to. do you want that? anyway, their reason why you're not suitable enough for your partner is just based on physical attributes which make it seem so shallow. is your love as superficial as that?

    just keep a positive outlook in life and you'll see how the course of things flow for the better. focus on yourself!

    thank you fellow istoryan.. you never fail to give me sensible advises... I was never wrong joining the club and seek opinions when I kind a need it the most.... virtually, you guyz are best friends...

    PS.. im a bit lazy going to the gym <find it boring>... im planning to enter a yoga class, you happen to know one or something interesting...

    I was a fatty to. since I started working here in San Carlos. i began to gain ridiculous amount of weight. (not to mention a high blood). hehehe

    anyways, the first step is to realize the fact that you don't have to feel full/be very busog to live your normal daily routines. meaning, when you eat just limit it bie. dili need na daghan kaayo ka og kanon. just enough na dili naka gutom, and just enough na dili ka busog.

    if you can manage that then PM me I will tell you the next secret to gaining your self esteem back. its just a case of proving to yourself that you can do something about it. YOU CAN DO IT!
