dell inspiron 1210 wifi problem

dear istoryans,

naa koy laptop na bag.o ra n.installan ug win 7 32bit (previously xp). the problem is, ang wifi, dili gyd m.turn on.

here's what i have done so far.
1) after win 7 installation, ng.windows update ko to get the latest drivers (gotta love win 7). na.dwnload rmn ang mga relevant drivers, including wifi (broadcom). pag try nako ug on, wla xa nigana, combination key fn+f2 (no physical switch).

2) so i tried if bcg guba ang fn or ang f2. i tried other fn+ keys, n.work ra. i tried renaming files, using f2 key, n.work ra pd. so not the keys jd cguro.

3) i tried reinstalling the drivers, installed successfully. no good ghapon.
4) i tried installing another set of wifi drivers, duha mn ang possible wifi devices na pde i.ship sa model. bt nireklamo xa kay wrong device dw, so sakto d.i ako n.dwnload na driver previously.

5) i tried the windows network diagnostic. ang problem lng is turn on wireless capability.

6) ako g.tan-aw ang device manager, pag.tan.aw nko sa wifi device, its working properly mn dw. however, sa device manager, naay devices na naka yellow icon, bluetooth peripheral device (2) and unknown device (1). i duno if relevant ba xa sa wifi problem.

how about you guys, whats ur take on this?

yes akoy nka una. hehehe. ani ni cya bosing. e uninstall una ang imong bluetooth tanan devices,adapter etc... then e una ug install ang sa wireless adaptor... nka encounter nako ani nga prob... dba pag upgrade nimo sa win7 kay naa nay bluetooth nga nainstallan... basta try lang bosing then reply lang dayon dri if unsay outcome... goodluck and good day...
