can play most known audio/video format( AVI. , MP4 , MP3 ..etc..)
can be used as a usb back up/external drive drive.
can be plug in directly to your pc's LCD(vga) or use the audio/video cable to connect your T.V
(it works very much like your cd/mp4/dvd/mp4/karaoke player cept that this is a hardisk enclosure with hdd)

texted and replied to those nag inquire..like ive said Bnew na cya pag palit nako..HDD enclosure alone cost me 2.7k way back nov of 2008 and YES is has 100gig 2.5 hdd dala na (how much do you think the hdd cost..) so 3k for this gadget is a good buy for those who need it.....

and sory no walay HDMI connection ....just VGA and the regular A/V jack output(3.5mm i thnk) to RCA input
