winamp stutters when i open a program or CPU load increases...

guys naa mo idea.. like when i play winamp, the music stutters for a few seconds while the system opens up photoshop, outlook etc... or while i transfer files from CDROM to HArdrive... whats wrong? thanks kau!

ni dako cguro imo cpu usage basi kuwang kag ram or i delete na ubang program sa start up............

512mb man ako ram bai mura ok raman... by the way ako mga mp3 naka save sa isa ka IDE slave drive and onboard ako audio.. does it matter?

posible basta onboard.. try ug PCI nga soundcard.. pm me lng naa ko baligya wid drivers..hehehe

update... i tried a PCI soundcard and ni improve gamay pero under some heavy load, mu stutter sya for a few seconds... same lang gyapon.. software related na judni? os reinstall ? by the way ako specs 2.8ghz intel cpu, 512b ram, ang ako 1.8ghz na pc wa jud prblem ani b4...

akong gamit nga winamp is v2.24 pa gihapon, gaan kaayo dad-on. kung ang features sa new version wala nimo kinahanglana, then gamit nalang ug old version. mao raman gihapon, para play lang ug mp3's.

actually you can use the old skin mode to save resources, ana sad akong mentality sauna that the older version uses lesser system resources but i was wrong the new versions dont use that much CPU power compared to the old ones and the updated mp3 decoders sound better.

mao ba? sa akoa gud nga computer ang new version nga winamp mo gukod man sa windows media player. bug-at man padaganon. mao nga nibalik ko sa old version. for me gaan gyod ang old version kay nagdagan pani sauna nga pentium1 pa ang computer running windows95. kaya ra kaayo ana nga specs.
