    Unhappy BPI atm issue


    need help. nag withdraw ko sa atm sa bpi ganha sa ayala. wala nigawas ako kwarta..huhu ingon lang ang machine na transaction cancelled..pero naibanan ako balance sa atm..chinabank na atm ako gigamit..balik2 ko sa machine pero la man jud nigawas..mura daghan2 sad mi nakawithdraw dd2, pero wala jud kwarta nanigawas.

    kasulay na mo ani? elp!

    if naay atm machine number get it and call BPI hotline or take note of the specific spot.
    BPI will confirm if nideduct sila but walay nigawas na cash kay naa nay records sa machine mismo if naa bay nigawas na cash on your transaction. Also inform Chinabank about it. para magcoordinate sila.

    And expect it to take long maybe a week to a month kay 2 banks man gud involved.

    tried it bro., bpi atm nuon to... nkawaan jud sya sa amount nga supposed na transact... call BPI regarding it..like sa ako nabalik ra man to...

    then keep the recepits diay bsin pangitaan ka

    bro, naa sad na silay count sa dispense amount. bsag ni deduct sa imong account. if ang despense zero. they can trace it.. but sakto si metz it would take weeks. kai lain man imong bank.

    naa kay online account sa bpi bro? check daw balik basin naay update didto sa imo account na wala diay nabuhinan imo kwarta..

    in.ani gyud ni ang BPI na atm machine kadaghan nako naka witness ana bro sa uban na nag withdraw kay tapad sa machine nga withdrawhanan nako BPI machine man. d mogawas ila money or and card d mogawas..mao d gyud ko mo withdraw ana na machine kay molikoy lag kalit.

    tawag na sa imung bank if china bank imu account i report gyud na para ma despute... happened to me in my BDO account... investigation will run 7 to 10 banking days... murag dugay dugay pa gyud na mauli ang imung kwarta... nya nig tawag nimu hotline, pangayo ug reference number para nig tawag nimu for follow ups ang reference number nalang ang imung ihatag...

    Kung transaction failed ang imong resibo nga nadawat dili gyud na ma-deduct sa imong account. Just keep the receipt kay kahibalo sad na sila kung na-dispense ba gyud ang kwarta o wala. To make things in order, just go inside the bank where the ATM is and inquire about your withdrawal in reference to your failed receipt. If the ATM is not attached to any bank, there is a note in the ATM machine that tells you which bank branch is maintaining it. You can go that bank and inquire about your failed withdrawal together with the failed receipt on hand.
