Why Chowking/Jollibee/Greenwich Colon were closed?

Who knows the reason why these shops in colon were closed? Jollibee was closed i think 2 years ago and then just recently greenwich and chowking. sayang ky duol ra unta sa usj-r.

my thoughts are maybe the three fastfood shops have the same franchise owner and went bankrupt or have issues with the city?

it could be the franchise owner transferred to a new location... there are newly opened jobee and chowking stores in colonade. mao dagay tag-iya. hmmm...

I think Jollibee over-expanded sa dihang lugara...naa man sab gud sila atbang sa Gaisano Capital, kilid sa Gaisano Metro, naa pa sa Oriente and sa 138...not to mention sa ACT and USC-Main....

The downtown area is a C-D crowd, both in financial/social status and taste. Kasagaran sa mo agi og downtown can't afford to eat at Jollibee/Greenwich/Chowking everyday or even every other day. The average meal sa Jollibee for 2 is 120php minimum. The minimum wage for most is 250php, wala pa nay deduction. Eating at these joints is simply unaffordable for the downtown crowd.

More importantly, daghan na kaayo ang buy-one-take-one burgers diha. Also the budget pizzas like Alberto's. Not to mention the countless crispy fried chicken and ngoyong stations. Your 50php is sometimes good for 2 persons kung anha mo kaon. As far as Chowking is concerned, mas ganahan gani ko sa Manila Foodshoppe. Mas barato pa.
