what could it be guys need advice on what to do..actually we have him check sa city vet also his vaccine sa city vet gihapon...

make sure lang makainom cya clean water maski dili mukaon. basin ga mild fever rana due to anti-rabies vax. dili pa siguro kaya i handle sa iyang immune system ang vax. paimna lang gyud ug tubig.

water therapy lang sah.. but if mu padayon na xa ingana, much better guro if ipa check nimu
sa lain vet.. choose the experienced vet..

what was used to treat the "mange" of your dog? who diagnosed the mange? and how long does has the treatment been?

it does not sound like a reaction to the vaccine.
i recommend to go see your vet immediately! just in case it is a complication of either the vaccine or the treatment for mites
