I've acquired the taste and can say that I crave for it once in a while.
nakaka-on nako ug KImchi, at first dili ko lami-an but nagsige ko kaon halos kada meals for two days..nalami na pud hinuon....but karon wala na pud ko kakaon ug Kimchi...murag anad anad ra cya...kay katong first nako kaon no choice man kay mao man gyud ang ge serve kada meals...

Yes it is an acquired taste. I like good kimchi but there are a lot of crappy kimchi as well. Like durian I like ro eat it at night.
