pero if you mean common ang white cats regardless of their eye colors...

it's called Heterochromia.
i had a japanese bobtail that has this and it is quite common. her eye color is blue and green
i also noticed that pure white cats are prone to have heterochromia.
when my cat had her first litter it is almost always the white ones that gets it.
and 1 out of 5 kittens gets it. but sometimes non at all.
