iphone 26 16gb working but with defect

-used for 1 yr and 3 mos.
-no scratch at all
-screen has a line on top (see picture) but all are the areas of the touch screen are still working
-wifi problem (i think its fixable) just suddenly can't detect wifi after firmware upgrade
