I just want to buy a hairy white,flat nose,small type breed of puppy like shih tzu as a gift for my sister's b-day,she's always asking me to buy a puppy but i dont have enough budget for expensive dogs now.she really loves to have a shittzu pupps.plz let me know if thers anyone offering 3k or below,i would be happy if u can give me one.thank u so much!
