Peachtree dns issue....

Ask lang ko guys... unsaon pag fix ani...
Network layout.....
PC1(DESKTOP COMPUTER) connects to peachtree database
PC2(LAPTOP) serves as the bridge for PC1 & SERVER
SERVER is where the peachtree database resides
WIRELESS ROUTER

I connected PC1 (it is far away from the router and server) to PC2 log in to peachtree database since PC2 can access the SERVER through wireless router.


i can ping the server & can access(copy & paste) the files..

but i can not access my peachtree database.....
whenever i try to open a company in peachtree it always brings me back to the "Open an existing company" dialog box....

i have read sad sa ubang forums nga dns daw ang issue ani...
i hope you can share some tips on how to fix this...

how's ur peachtree now? na fix na? wala man replies sa imo g ask and m just a new member...

1. check the mapping..
2. check the peachtree database server is running..
3. check sharing security

sa server side nimo bro, unsa man O.S. nimo gamit, kay ge map ra raba na ang peachtree, nya ang policy pud sa imong server side bro.

so ang PC1 ug PC2 which is your laptop is connected via bridge.. ayaw na lang e bridge bro.. e try lang share connection para tag-sa silag ip ug mac address.

sa server nimo install sa una.. then sunod ang imo workstation kay pag install nimo nga select ka other drive located ang imo peachtree data automatic mag mapped ka.

so maski naka bridge ka map naka daan while nag install pa ka ug peachtree sa imo workstation....

I map lang nimo ang peachtree database dapat sad naka share ang peachtree database nimo para makakita ka.
