Default Nvidia Kernel Mode Driver Error

"Display Driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 196.12 has stopped working and has successfully recovered."

Kinsay naka encounter ani nga error message? Naa moy possible solutions ani? Usually mo occur while playing games (WoW) and playing streaming video (youtube.com, justin.tv).

    I have:
    - Reinstalled and updated VC drivers (currently at v196.12; I have been advised not to update the latest)
    - Downgraded back to XP SP3 as well as moving back to Win7
    - Cleaned the fans
    - Reseat VC and Memory Modules.

    Proc: Core2 Duo 2.8Ghz
    RAM: 2GB
    VC: 9500GT 1GB
    OS: Win7 32-bit
    PSU: 550 watts

Flaws ni sa Nvidia, windows 7 og vista... I dont know if naa pa naka encounter ani sa ATI... sa Kernel gyud ni mismo between sa nvidia og windows vista/7... mas prefered ko nga mo gawas ni nga error kesa dili makagawas kai magkamang ako system... after mogawas ni nga error kai mo smooth na ang dagan sako system... pero sa ko case kai mogawas ra siya kon mag open ko og mga adobe or autodesk products.. basta sa Kernel nani wala pako kibalo kon naa ba ni nga error sa Nvidia GTX 400 series... ako ginabuhat kai nagDual OS nalang ko para gaming lang sa windows 7 tapos sa XP ko mag work...

u could also try using older driver versions, say 18x.xx and check if its better. newer drivers doesnt always means better...

    Installed driver version 186.18
--- Dili na kaau mo occur pero naa lang gihapon. But not as often, once every 2~3 hours usahay gani twice a day.

I'm currently installing 197.45, same issue as 186.18 not as often but problem is still there. Currently my power settings is at High Performance, where the PCI Express is currently set to OFF, means NO power saving.

In addition, i have downclocked the VC by 10~15% problem still there.

run some graphics testing softwares for video cards basin naa ka makita nga interesting. kernel problem may also route to memory problem sa imo vcard or the gpu itself.

if "At Load" you mean, inig boot sa akong PC sa desktop, then mao ning GPU-Z info.

cge ko ug basa sa nvidia forums about ani nga issue. murag padung naman ni sa VC failure. nag libog pud ko if problem nko kay RAM, basin kinahanglan ilisanan. there are some instance that that could be the culprit. but when i tried taking out the VC itself, nagsalig rko sa integrated video adapter, wala man jud mo occur ang error, not even a BSOD or system freeze. i've tried playing WOW at Good Video settings, walay crashes. Usually mo occur sa Warcraft Map Editor every 15~20min, but when I removed the VC wala no BSOD/freezes.
