Preferred locations: Labangon, Punta Princesa, Tisa, Mambaling
Who will rent: 3 Adults (all Female) and 2 Kids (2yr and 1yr old)
Budget: 4.5K would be the highest

Two of of the adults are working (sisters) and the other one is their mother. The kids are the offspring of the other sister. We prefer with own CR. Good if electricity and water are separate bills.
