.kinsa naay idea kung unsa possible guba if ang laptop naay times nga murestart iyaha2 lang. nya if ipa repair mga how much kaha ang range? mada ra ning reformat?

possible software issue (i.e. virus, malware, spyware, corrupted OS)
possible hardware issue (i.e. memory, overheating, hard drive)
possible it could be fixed by reformatting... if it is software issue only

yes, try reformatting it first...if it's still there, then we'll rule out software problem and go for hardware concerns.
