    Default Sleep deprived... need help please....


    Its been weeks that started all of this.... I can't seem to reverse this thing... It becomes a very wierd habbit...
    sleep in 5 or 7 in the morning and waking up a 2 and 3.... need help to reverse this.

    sleep pattern disturbance....try lang gyud ug sleep between 9pm to 12am and slowly ma reverse ra ni nimo...bisan muhigda lang bisan dli katulgon...

    pag pray sis na patulogon ka ug dali den clear your mind before sleeping and also drink milk.

    ai gamit ug anti histamine!! benadryl! it works! mao na cheapest na anti histamine(anti allergy) kay mao na pinakagrabe ug drowsiness effect. its effective... - insomniac here

    inom gatas, gradually hinay hinay ug change imong sleep pattern bhalag d ka ka2logon.

    5 am to 2 pm = 9 hours... more than 8 hours...

    sleep like 4hours lang, use alarm clock para sure makamata ka. then sa gabii sure ko katulogon ka ana. hinay hinayi lang ug adjust imong time sa sleep until mabalik ug panggabii na gyud.
