Since, construction is still on-going, we accept reservation fee at one-month's rent, refundable. After the construction and you don't like your unit, we would be happy to return the money to you.

You can visit the unit and take a look.

Normally, once construction is finished, we would require one month advance and one month deposit.

Actually, the building is already there, gi renovate lang kay gi upgrade ang electrical wiring nya some parts of the house needs to be fixed. It would take around 2 to 3 weeks before everything is ready.
