Fax/Modem on Ubuntu 10.04, need help

Hi everyone!

I've been searching tutorials and trying to receive FAX through PCI modem in Ubuntu system.

My current modem is DLINK DFM-562IS.

It is supported by Linuxant.org and I've already installed the driver already. (Conexant HSF)
I've used efax-gtk as my software, pero sige man gud ka-error.
We can't receive nor send fax.

Anyone who has tried/used FAX on Ubuntu system..?

please give advice for
hardware or software.

I'm tempted to buy newer models, coz, AFAIK, dugay2x na ning modem nako, but still thinking twice because newer hardware in Linux is not better.

btw, I've tried the documentation seen from Ubuntu's website. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DialupAndFax

I've been to xmodem.org, my modem's not supported.

Reason:
We just need fax. Almost all of our customers preferred using FAX than email.
and usik pud kaayu if mo-receive and print mi og fax.
Mahal man gud ang Fax Paper.

I hope someone could show some path.. TIA..!

solved it..! and it is very disappointing...
need to purchase a $20 license for the driver para maka-fax.
