I recommend SOUTHSTAR MARITIME REVIEW AND TUTORIAL CENTER located at 3rd floor Adela Bldg., Mango Ave across Iglesia ni Kristo Church. Mga NIS/NSA Senior alumni ang mga instructors nga mga topnotchers sa board exams. Computer base ni sila and they give out laptop as part of their package. They can be contacted at 412-5988 or simply google SOUTHSTAR MARITIME REVIEW AND TUTORIAL CENTER. They will assist both DECK and ENGINE for OIC and MANAGEMENT LEVEL.
