You can start on these stores' pricelists... PCX, PCquickbuys, Gaisano Interpace...now google it and move.

What are your plans on this one? Are you going for High-end Gaming, MMO-gaming/DOTA (Light gaming) or purely browsing and chatting?

If you're not planning on HIgh-end gaming (which is expensive on power), I think you can skip the Vcard and get a good On-board VGA like the HD4200 on latest AMD boards (785 chipset)

i would prefer buying a cheap mobo that costs 2k only and a separate videocard at least within the 2k price range. mobo's with ati785 costs more than 3.5k but its performance cant beat a 2k mobo + a 2k videocard. with onboard video, you will have a problem if your customer wants to play a heavy online game like aion.
