I seriously doubt Gwen's statements. WHY?! The so called provincial projects that the Governor claimed credit for during her last term were actually National Projects. It just so happen that she had very strong ties with then President GMA. It seemed that it was Gwen who helped GMA with her 1 Million votes but in reality it was the volition of the Cebuanos, not by Gwen's influence. Proof? She was not able to deliver Gibo's 1 Million votes. In reality, GMA won by a large margin in Lanao. *winks*

Mas katuhu-an pa that Cebu City can take care of its own. WHY? Because Cebu City plans, funds and execute their projects without the National Government's help.

Now what will happen with the Province when they are not on the good side of the current President?

This could be the Governor's darkest years in her "political dynasty" because it will be during this term that she is not strong with Malacanang. Even the position of her siblings and relatives will be in peril.
