Default Is It Really Necessary To Have A Job That Corresponds To Your Profession?

For example, one graduated from a medical course but is now working in a computer industry.

Is it really necessary that one has to have a job that corresponds to his/her profession? Was he/she just wasting his/her time studying on something because he/she is not even using what he/she has learned?

Do you think it's necessary? Or not?

you cannot be a jack of all trades and a master of none.

i think it would be a waste of time if you spend years in college and not use it when you work.. murag ang college man gud kay pang-training na for a specific range of jobs..

but i wouldn't say pud nga it's REALLY necessary.. as long as mu-fit cya sa qualifications nga gi-set sa company or employer.. like karon, daghan nursing graduates nga mangapply sa call centers.. mas practical man pud kay some cannot afford to spend many months, even years, waiting to be accepted sa hospitals..

first of all, your education is not entirely the foundation for your career.
di mn kinahanglan na tungod kay graduate kag nursing di nka pde mg programmer.hehehe..
depende na cya asa ka comportable, and speaking of nursing, ako amiga dugay ra ni grad
    volunteer gihapon hangtod karun.

It is necessary. And what reginakrys said, its just a waste of time studying or training for 4 or 5 years in college if you'll end up having a career that does not fit to your course. It's like mixing fire with ice. Underemployment has always been a problem.

nla, mao nay ma tawag na waste of time. imbis gusto nla kay computer course, gi pa engineering nuon
