Default The truth about employment sa pilipinas

in the brighter side nice man sad kinabuhi sa OFW, adventure bah... o kina buhi kung yugyugon dli mo gahi....

our government wants to have investors also to invest in our country, that's why naa ng mga hapon ug amerkano sa atoa kay kung sa ilaha sila magpa trabaho mahal kaau ang labor. I worked in a Japanese company, and to learn nga ang sweldo sa usa ka pinaka ubos nga engineer nga hapon sa ilaha is equivalent ug 15 ka engineer nga pinoy.

So kung ako ang hapon, akong palargahon akong mga trabahante aron maka trabaho sa japan at a very low-cost salary. nindot paminawon para sa imoha, pero kung makuha nimo ug masabtan nimo gi unsa pag mani ubra ka...murag maluoy nalang ka sa imong kaugalingun. and to take into our mind nga we are the one who are making their country rich...isn't it ironic? don't you think?

If only our prime commodities are at a very affordable rate that an ordinary wage earner can avail to send his/her to a good school, can send a member of his/her family to hospital without being asked for any deposit, can buy a cheap medicines, can live in decent home and can eat at least 3 times a day...tingale walay mga OFW karon.

its because we dont have a stable govenrment...i dont beleive in the reasoning nga padaghanon ang OFW...why do you think some of the companies transfer to our neighboring countries given the fact that theyll have a greater investment ky dagko ila sweldo compared sa atoa...

Ang wala pod nako nasabti is ngano daghan mamalhin pod tungod kay dagko daw ug sweldo which is true if you convert it to our currency but ang wala nila ma realize is they are not spending pesos from the place where they earn that " fat " paycheck .

Say example ... a man who makes $ 2000 in the US is already considred well off because he basically makes 100,000 PhP when converted but what he or she didnt realize is his monthly bills would probably rake up to $ 1800 a month which leaves him or her $ 100 a paycheck left .

I agree definitely. The cost of living should be a prime consideration. Try living in Tokyo where working 16 hours a day earning 500k a month just isn't enough.

One more thing, it all depends on the person. How much is enough is relative and unique to every worker. 200k per month for someone who feels inadequate without a luxury car and every expensive fashionable want with tons of credit card debt will seem less in comparison to someone who happily earns 10k per month yet still manages to save.

To answer the Qs of TS, blame your fellow Filipinos. Somewhere out there is someone as good if not better than you who is willing to do your work for less.
