wa ka motry ug check if naay unopened message sa imong sim?
sa packet data, imo naconfigure or automatic configure ang iyang data connections para sa imong provider?

blinking message (envelope icon) on the upper part of your phone.. means you might have too many messages stored on your SIMCARD already..

try to open up your simcard and delete all stored messages from there...

with regards to your net settings.. you can try running the 'Settings Wizard' of your phone, so as it will download operator settings online... you can try to check if you now have your operator settings stored.. by simply opening up 'Web' and go to a website.. usually it will display your available connection.. Globe Inet../Sun Internet, Smart Internet... choose that.. and your good to go..

if you cant still connect online.. try doing the hard reset of your phone.. make sure you backup any informations first in the phone before doing the reset.. *#7370#
