    Thumbs down Experience with Globe Chat support


    I'm having trouble with my Globe Tattoo USB Modem. The modem device is not detected but the storage device is working fine. But the Chat support agent sucksssssss..

    Annie.Alvin: The Storage device is working fine but the modem is not working.
    Annie.Alvin: I can see the contents of the USB.
    Annie.Alvin: The globe installer and everything.
    Alyssa: Okay ma'am.
    Annie.Alvin: I tried to update the device but its not detected.
    Alyssa: But have you tried to reinstall it or download the latest firmware,
    Annie.Alvin: Already tried to install it many times, yes already downloaded the latest firmware but its NO USE coz my device is not DETECTED as MODEM.
    Annie.Alvin: so I cant update my device.
    Alyssa: Have you tried to use the device with other computer?
    Annie.Alvin: I tried to use it on my laptop and its not working, also here in my PC.
    Alyssa: Okay ma'am.
    Annie.Alvin: but my other USB is working fine on both device.
    Alyssa: In that case, I will advise you to visit the nearest Globe Store to change the device you ave right now since it is already defective.
    Annie.Alvin: no additional payment or what so ever? just present the device? what else I need to present?

    hahha kanahana dLi guro na cLa kabaLo mo troubleshoot or else nagbinugo lang jud brO...

    kai dba dapat pLug and play ra man ta na? so possible sd brO na ang device driver na grecognize sa imong tattoo kai katong usa, or else defective jud na cya...

    the last time i chatted with one i was in a bad mood because my landline problem has been going on for 3months now.. i guess she got pissed too because of the way i was chatting with her, like telling here how incompetent their mechanics are, and asking her how a priority problem could reach 3 months without being solved, and she kept saying "sorry for the inconvenience blah blah" and i said "of course you are!"..

    then




    she logged off!!! ROFLMAO

    ili ra man na sa globe, bisan sa uban mga tech support, including international support. they do it by the book where the book was made by a person with no technical experience.

    Error 619 mentions about ports or something, so when that girl asked you if it was Error 619, sorry but you were too rude saying that it's not a browser problem, because it really isn't. Mao na siya ang error na mugawas if wala ka'y load. They are obliged to ask you probing questions.

    Hahahahah ambot lang dyud anang chat support nila. Dapat unta mo ask sila if it is account, software, or hardware related first.

    Suwayi lang ninyo ug chat sa ilang Chat support diba mo ulbo inyong kaspa, tungod sa ka bugo-on, daghan kaayo pa liko liko nga pangutana, dayon e disconnect ka... kinsa gud di sapoton anang 2 ka chat support way klaro mo tubag sa imong problema.

    By the book man kaha na ila, bugo-on pud ang nag buhat, if chat support dyud ka dapat gamiton unta ang own knowledge di lang murag robot mag basa pa ug script kung unsay e panguta or buhaton.

    Di dyud mo kahibaw mo analyze sa problem, kapila nako nag mention problem with my hardware, mangutana noon ug account nga way load, Idiot dyud.

    Nag mention nako nga I have another USB device and its working fine, already tried my USB device to another PC/Laptop but still the same.

    Pero ang gi huwat ra nako nga tubag kung mo recommend ba sila dalhon ang unit sa globe center para ilisan.
