My story...
2003 my father suggested that I save and invest in MFs. I dont have any idea about what MFs are all about, yet I trusted my father and saved 15k. I never tried putting in additional investments then.
2004, about a year after, I looked at the SOA that i recieved, and i saw,what was written there, 21k.
I was so surprised how it grew that much (40% in a year). If only i cud have invested more....(Part 1)

actually bro, advantage and disadvantage of mf is available on the net. u just search.bro.
the biggest downside is when u invest not for the right reason/goal. or not having started earlier.
