saying "i love you" is VERY important.. i agree that actions speak louder than words but saying the words and meaning it would be ASSURANCE..

after being frustrated about my bf's busy summer, I stopped saying I love you for almost a week... it made him depressed... even though he never say anything, I know he keeps blaming himself for not hearing it again... It's pretty hard to say I love you specially when you are confused of your own feelings...whether to stay or to leave.
