naa man gyud na sa pinoy ang pagka crab gyud. dili lang dira sa US mas samot diri sa pinas. pero lets face it, we have to change gyud, labi na anang insecurities nato.
labi na ug qualified kaau ka, then naa kay superiors na ma inferior nimo. magbantay nalang ka daan. sa gi ingon pa sa quote sa art of war, keeps your friends close but keep your enemies closer. hehehehe.
It's everyman for himself. If you choose to live in the US, its a lesson you'll learn eventually. It's a tough pill to swallow but better learn it now because it wont be the last time you'll experience it. It's all about the bottom line.
lami kaayo na luwa-an ang mga nawong ana nga mga pinoy. personally, i don't discriminate my fellow pinoys here regardless of immigration status or how they acquired their status.
i however discriminate personalities, not status coz daghan sad pinoy diri nga mao'y nakaguba sa image sa mga pinoy in general.
that's the very reason why some countries dili na ganahan og filipino, coz nag ka daghan ang pinoy na way disciplina and then abusado.
Those kind of Pinoys have adopted the "Whiter than White" attitude. No matter how hard they tried to adapt to the culture they can never complete their assimilation to mainstream AmeriKKKa. Kinda like a dog trying to catch its tail.
mao ni usa sa sad realities...i have a friend who do cleaning as part time job, kung adto sya sa American's mo work, pinakagamay na per hr ihatag kay 15, pero Pinoy gani, pinadako kay 10, tapos, ipamano2x pa jud daw ug pawork sa iyaha!!!
