try first kung direct connect ang computer sa dsl modem kung maputol gihapon kung maputol na-a problema sa modem.

and try this
go into your network adapter properties under your Device Manager and take it off Auto or AutoDetect for Duplex -- manually set it to 100 Full or 100 Half and see if it helps.

rekta usa sa imo unit or pc so we can isolate the issue. If imo rekta dn and issue will be modem/pc/lancard/line/isp na lang. Observe. Change pc/laptop if you can. If the issue persist then Issue is modem/line/isp. Now if thats the issue, all you can do is harass ISP support and request for them to check ur location. Remove the router when they are there so they will not use it as alibi. Hopefully it will only be modem cause if line lisod. Usually dili cla ka fix.

possible naay usa ka pc na mag dos (denial of service) due probably to spywares or viruses... ig disconnect sa router, syempre ma disconnect sad to ang mga malwares/viruses didto, so ok na sad ang network. taod2x congested na sad, putol na sad....

this is one possible scenario that you have to check... try ug disconnect ang uban na pc, usa lang sa, then observe kung ma putol ba. then add another pc, then observe until ma isolate ang problema.

if still not working, then most probably ang router mo init, either kinahanglan butangan ug fan or dapat naay ventilation ang iyang butangan.
