I suggest you don't. I reviewed this Samsung last year and I was pretty disappointed with it. It's slow especially with Samsung's operating system. I suggest you go ahead and purchase the Samsung Galax Spica i5700 which is running the Android operating system. Moreover, it's a few thousand pesos cheaper.

i had the samsung jet before upgrading to the omnia HD. it's a great phone if you're not fussy about apps. out of the box, the phone has got everything you need. it plays Divx/Xvid movies up to 720x480 resolution - not need to convert your downloaded movies. it has a high res 480x800 amoled screen supporting 16 million colours - perfect for viewing photos and videos. it has a TV-out function so you can play those movies on a bigger screen (i used the cable for the nokia 5800 since they're compatible). 3.5mm jack means you can use any standard headphones. you can sync music and playlists seamlessly with windows media player (just choose media transfer mode when connecting to pc). very good camera quality (5 mp) with great features like face detection, anti-shake, wide dynamic range, and a very intuitive panorama shot - all you have to do is take the first pic, and as you move the phone, it will automatically take the succeeding pics. you can also do batch picture uploads from the phone to sites like facebook and picasa. and it's pretty fast for a feature phone with the 800 Mhz processor and multitasking support.

so if everything i mentioned is pretty much what you're looking for in a phone, then the jet is for you.
