Others say a lot of hurt and bad feelings about the company but although I had been treated unfairly before I resigned I manage to thank the company for the opportunity of learning and growth as far as career path is concerned. I started from zero but I resigned a Staff. In just a year of service to the company I was promoted a Staff and receive reasonable compensation. The only complaints we had was that we had to wait for 3 months to be confirmed a staff before we could get our increase. It's a sad thing to note also that even the one time bonus was taxable. Every aspect of your pay is taxable. It seems like the company's tax contribution is paid by the employees (company Secret lol). The accounting staff sucks a bit because when you ask them about your tax contribution they cower and know not how to explain in plain terms. May they all be replaced lol. I did not have any complaints about the job though as the accounts were not complicated. My advice to the employees is do good. Qualfon is not bad at all as it gives those deserving a chance to be promoted. Just bear with the 3 months exploitation before you get your increase once you become a Staff lol.
