That's true, sir. As much as we want to have foreign judges, financial is a problem.

financial may really be a big concern but you also have to consider that not until the integrity of the judges is assured, you will continue to experience scarce participation of cebu based show exhibitors/dog owners.

hindi kase maasahan ang impartiality ng mga local judges, we all know and well aware that local judges can be bribed via fringe perks given while on their stay here and thats where the playing field is compromised.

dog owners wouldnt want to be reduced to mere "point-sources" of big breeders such as the Harold Gos et al... in the first place, they are paying exactly the same amount as entry fee as these big influential breeders/exhibitors. if gagawin lang nilang pampuntos mga aso namin, might as well, sila-sila na lang sumali sa moro-*****g ito, wag nyo na kaming isali sa kalokohang iyan. yun lang!

In some cases maybe, not all, ma'am. Same goes with other cities/towns/provinces, not just Cebu, ma'am. It works in all events nationwide.

maybe not on those categories where these big breeders have NO ENTRIES. but in those cases na sila kalaban mo, mahihirapan na yung "no-name" na manalo. thats unfortunate but, thats the way it happens all the time. that is precisely why po na mas maganda kung may foreign judge/s kase at least level po ang playing field at hindi naman nakakaawa yung small time exhibitors. aminin man natin o hindi, nangyayari po ito.

if it happens everywhere does that mean we have to accept it as norm na po ba? i am just wondering po, bakit po pag foreign judge/s napapanatili nila yung kanilang pagiging impartial, bakit ang mga local judges, hindi? ibig po bang sabihin, corruptible ang mga locals at ang mga foreign, incorruptible? sad.

What I meant by "it works in all events nationwide" is, if you think it's happening in Cebu, I'm pretty !@#$% sure, it's also happening in your city too (excuse my french .)

But if you ask me, if all people will do the same way like some people think, misjudging the judges, the community will not grow. It's crab mentally scaring everybody with what could have been a success for the community.

Imagine if the Filipino people will loose their hope on the Chief of Justice, our system... chaos! I'm a Filipino and I love it even though some people think that the Filipinos, the Philippines, the government is corrupt. Some people migrate to other countries to stay away from the Philippine problems. I on the other hand, I stay and improve the system. I vote the candidates whom I think should sit on the position. I stay here in the Philippines and face the problem head on.

To the clubs and organizers of any sports, just do what you think is best for the good the community rather than sitting and pulling everybody down. I salute you even though if the odds are against you. Don't let others stand in your way.

so who's hurting who then mister? the people who are corrupting the system or the people who's losing hope in the people running the system?

crab mentality? where did that come from? what MOST of the people is scared about is the impartiality of the local judges. and it was obvious in the last shows. how many LOCAL dog owners were present during the 1st day? the 2nd day? have you run down an inventory? except for harold go, who happens to enter almost all of his boxers in the shows, there was hardly a local entry during the 2nd day. and that speaks well on the confidence the cebuanos have in the system and the very people running it.

phuleaaassee... do not equate the supreme court with the people running kcci - thats stretching our imagination. these observations are precisely THE contribution of the common folks to improve the system. as long as you people pretend that nothings wrong happening, or "there's something happening but since everybody's doing it, so its ok"... there will never be an improvement. what have you done to isolate and shield the local judges from those breeders who are trying to corrupt them? or ang mas tmaang tanong yata eh - meron ba kayong ginawa man lang para mapigilan ang di pantay na pagpapalakad ng dogshows?

is raising concern about what is wrong with the system "pulling everybody down"? wag magmaang-mangan sa katotohan. yan ang di makakatulong sa pagpapaunlad ng sistema. it is more dangerous to pretend theres nothing wrong when in fact there is... and there are lot!
