    Default Pacific Cebu Resort

    Hi,

My family is planning for a Day Tour on Pacific Cebu Resort, Lapu-lapu this July for my little sister's birthday.

Just want to ask feedback from you guys about the place. Reasonable naman gd ang package, P450.00 for 1 person inclusive of lunch buffet...

Hope someone could share their inputs. Thanks..

we've been there last saturday for a team outing

ang lunch buffet nila ok lang...dli jd in-ana ka nice
    regular food lang:
    - humba, shanghai, fish fillet, palabok, macaroni salad, fruits (pineapple raman ata toh)

about their service dli kau ko kauyon kay murag deadma ra ilang mga staff... like for instance during the lunch buffet, nag serve sila dretso ug drinks (iced coffee) for all os us (15 mi kabuok) without even asking what our preference was considering naa mi mga kids kauban..

Also, u try calling them to confirm na 20% ba jd mo sa F&B as posted on their website. Kay hasta ko naglibog. When I bought a few bottled drinks sa ilang store, I was given the 20% discount. However, we also ordered some additional drinks from their restaurant (mango shake, beer, etc) and when we received the bill, wala syay discount. I clarified this prior to paying pero ang sulti ra nila sa akoa, wala daw labot ang restaurant. Nangaway nako hapit kay wala jd klaro ilang ad if mao na... Deadma ra ang waiter, giingnan rako niya na so far wala daw nireklamo sa ilaha about ana... Duh, ako giingnan na basin karon pa naay nag day tour, etc... Wala nalang nako gi mind pag.au kay gisapot pd ko...

the resort was nice...peaceful kau, dli crowded... nag taxi rami padng dd2 and on our way home, we asked if there was a free shuttle padng sa crossing for us to be able to commute from there... gibalibaran rami, deadma, wala jd bsan hatagan lang alternate option, etc

kami raman ata pinoy naa dd2 coz most of their guests are japanese..
overall the resort was ok, the just somehow need to improve the way they deal with their customers..

All I can say is they have a very bad service... They may have a lot of tourist guests, but at least they treat the local residents well naman..

Thank you sis for the feedback, you've been very helpful. At least I know what to expect when we go there...

Yeah, I've read sad sa tripadvisor na website na dli daw kaayo nice ang customer service. Probably, I can live with that just as long ok ang place ug ang kiddie pool ako gihabol for my little sister. Mag-bring nalang sad mi light snacks kay ok raman daw pag-inquire na mo sa resort.

    hmmm..

we've been there for our acquaintance party..hmm..the resort was good.. but ang white sand kay inabono ra na xa.. pwo i like the pOol..pwo beware lang atong gamay na pool na i think 8 ft to sya, kay naa daw namatay ddto na koreano..weee..storya2x rsad noon, wa ko proof if true ba jud xa...

bati ila service because before sila magpa gawas sa mga foods kay kailangan naka bayad na dayOn ka... and if naa kay bisita na bag-o ra maabot, pabayaron dayon mo.. basta, ig order nimo, bayad jud dayOn..

pwo the place was nice...but i never enjoyed it..ambot nanu wa ko nag enjoy.. hehe..

note: bati diay maligo sa dagat if low tide.. bati jud.. d ka malingaw..
