can i say Epic Fail, (prejudice), Binay wanted to take over DILG. bah. DILG is one of the most impt department of the Govt. i really have big doubts on Binay.

depende lagi unsa ang chemistry ni noynoy ug binay. kung dili ka uyon si noynoy... malabay na si binay sa mga departments na wala kaayo power. like DSWD ala GMA! hehehe! DILG will be given to a known noynoy supporter.
