How do I globally change the default homepage for all users

Mga peeps, is it possible to set the homepage automatically everytime our customer connects to our wireless network? In the domain enviroment group policies would help alot, but for a public network for customers like wifi can that be possible? need your help badly. Salamat!

This thing might work..
You need to change the router's firmware to a third party firmware. This might broke your router.

other method setup a server linux or windows server edition. make pc as a router then the wifi router as a switch for wireless access.

setup a protocol for dns query each time when user will search for a web page your dns resolver will send the user to your homepage then let your parameter do the work.
