you can get cheap USED Ray Bans at pawnshops all over the city.
jerome's is a famous one right beside a university downtown.
they re-sell pawned items.
BUT if you're not from the city,
i suggest you better stay away from the downtown area mostly when you're alone.

try posting in cebu classifieds or here in istorya. I got my wayfarer here for only 3k, bargain kaayo to sinaw pa kaayo.. timing2x ra..
