My mom has a condo on the 25th floor of ultima residence.
40sqm ang main level then 30+ sqm ang loft niya so 70+ tanan. i forgot man gud

for assume: 4m down then naa pay balance na less dan 2m.
basta my mom is paying 31t/month now, about 2 years to go then mga 1.2m upon turnover. basta below 2m.

mahal2 gyud ni cya kay as the level gets higher, it gets expensive, (top floor is 27th or 28th) plus naa pa gyud na view (i forgot if oceanview ba to or mountainview).

Living here in LA will be in Cebu for one month - July 16 to Aug 16.

Currently member mi sa ultima, purchased ultima property in boracay also.

We currently regret NOT having bought the Cebu property. Can we pay you 40T to live in your unit for a month? Is it furnished? It will be myself, wife and 2 kids. 4 people total.

I dont know if we would like your unit or if we can decide in that short span. Our unit in boracay has been paid off and we are looking for other investments.
