latency is simply the delay or RTT(round-trip time). your connection to the servers have routes. latency is the time being how a packet of data can transfer from one designated server to another. or a complete route. kung sa PUJ pa na, ang talamban 13C mo agi og sto. rosario church then toyok tibook sa iyang routa dala na hunong2x sa nagkala-in2x nga PUJ stops(which will mimic as different server route points) pabalik sa sto. rosario church, ang oras sa pagtoyok until mabalik maoy latency.

although latency and transfer speed have collateral relation, both must compensate with each other. kung kosog imong speed pero imong latency walay ayo, bati gihapon, and vice versa.

thanks for the info ,but i guess it has good latency ky wala py 100 costumers and i even received a free t-shirt ky first 100 costumer ko so kung mapunu nani ug subscriber this will be a s**t provider ky im compairing my speeds before sa pldt my dsl and i had no problems with my downloads,the first day with unicable internet was really really good that naka huna huna ko nga satisfied kaayo ko but sadly it did not go far,pag morning the line had problems sigi putol putol then karon my downloads are way too slow anyway will still have patience ky bago paman ni ilang internet service and is hoping nga ma ok gyud,regarding the people working and the tech guy ok para ba unta sila,anyway thanks

there's two plans one is P850 w/d cable and up to 256kbps(burst speed) internet and the second is plan P1290 w/c is 1mbps plus cable connection

akoang plan 1mbps ako ngai pnaka swerte nga subscriber sa pldt kai naabot kog inani. hehe

ahhh, basin nag patch-up or configuring pa na sila sa ila equipments mao na apektaran ka dinha since bag-o pa man kaha... by the way, walay labot ang latency sa number of subs, mas ma apektuhan ang speed kaysa latency kay shared bandwidth ra man, dili dedicated. kung maayo og routa ang setup nila then nindot output sa latency.
