    Default Globe's outgoing mailserver

Hi. I really need some help.

    I register a domain, jerus-gwapo.co.cc

Ni create ko ug e-mail address which is jerus@jerus-gwapo.co.cc.Isetup unta nko sa akng ms outlook ang e-mail address using POP3. Now akng hosting provider kay wala man clay outgoing mailserver nga giprovide ug incoming mailserver ra ilang mahatag. Ingon cla nga I need to use my ISP's outgoing mailserver. Ang problema wala ko kabalu unsa ang outgoing mailserver sa globe. Nag gamit ko ug GLOBE WIMAX.

kinsa makahatag nko sa GLOBE'S outgoing mailserver? thanks sa reply.

    note:
nigamit nko ani nga mga mailserver:
    webmail.globlines.com.ph

    NO LUCK.. huhuhu

check first all ports sa globe nimo if dili ba block 25, 110

www.canyouseeme.org if you dont see a word "that your port 25 or 110 is block by your ISP" or "can't see service in your port, meaning no server is running on that port", your lucky if your port is not block by your ISP.

then after follow this configuration sa globelines

    Globe - Globelines Email

smtp outgoing server "webmail.globelines.com.ph port 587" dont know if free ba ni.

if you already use their outgoing smtp server and you fail, maybe only registered account can use that outgoing server.

option: call your ISP request for outgoing server for your ip, dont bother to talk about your incoming mail just to ask if there is a open outgoing mail server for globe user. and if none.

recommendation is transfer to pldt dsl.

    @dammy:

thanx sa reply bai.. I already use that mailserver, still no luck. I actually use the chat support sa globe and I was inform nga dli daw cla mo provide ug outgoing mailserver kay wireless daw akong plan.. ahak.. pizkot.
    hehehe

kana imong gihatag bai kay para mana sa e-mail address nga gicreate sa globe. ang sa akoa kay ang e-mail address gi create man sa different nga hosting provider.

if your current host provider wont allow it, there is no other way in it.

since you are pegged down yet with your current isp, and if no option to transfer with pldt, you may just use google mail, they are offering free smtp server.
