    Default Capitol's new racket

"The governor will identify an essential role the Province (of Cebu) will take. We will help develop bulk water sources and transmit water to other areas, especially that it will pass several barangays and municipalities, which have separate territorial powers. It would be easy if the Provincial Government will lead rather than entrusting it to the private sector, where profit is the primary agenda," Sepulveda said.

Talisay council to 'revisit' agreement with MCWD | Sun.Star Network Online

the initiative is laudable but they should try to work with MCWD first on how to address the problem because we all know that whatever capitol touches turns to sh!t.

gipalabay ra man ang eleksyon bag-o ni gi-propose. so much for projections.

they're probably just trying to revive that ayala water deal ... trying to test the waters to check how new local officials will react

    pereho rana cla.

    RACKET
    noun
1.) (may be used with or without an article, but is not in the plural) A loud noise.
Power tools work quickly, but they sure make a racket.
With all the racket they're making, I can't hear myself think!
    What's all this racket?
(countable; also spelled racquet) An implement with a handle connected to a round frame strung with wire, sinew, or plastic cords, and used to hit a ball, such as in tennis or a birdie in badminton.

2.) A fraud or swindle; an illegal scheme for profit

Why would u wait upon mcwd? wala gani ka expand mc sa inayawan and other areas within cebu city.

this should be great news to all na wala maka benifit MCWD or usual water supply na we people just seem to be taking for granted.

It seems if naa initiative from the government we shoot it down. if wala buhaton reklamo ta cause wala agi. Faet na government na Molihok ang mag pusot pusot ang project if hapit na election. Lets just support it.
