    Default MANPOWER Agency starting

There are 6 of us about to start a Manpower agency.
Since I'm currently working and not planning on quitting my daytime job, I decided I would just be an investor to this company.

Do you think our company can make it for say a period of 5 years here in Cebu?

We already have some prospect clients, but I'm just sceptic about the stiff competition here in Cebu.

I need your perspective on this one Istoryans...

    Any opinion is highly appreciated.

    Thanks...

1st kay I agree with your decision na mag investor lng kay it can't be a business if your not full time on it. Then sa chance bay, naa oi... Just make sure you have little to no debt enig start, so start as small as possible. Kng asa inyong ma save-ban ug kwarta then save it. Then try to differentiate your company sa rest tru QUALITY. If it is just another generic company, so how can it stand out among the competition? can you tell the difference between a red color from another red color?

Thanks for the advice Rescyth.. Mmmhh when you emphasized the word QUALITY and subordinated by the phrase "Generic Company".

Do you mean "QUALITY = Non-Generic Company" ?

Can you add some points on how you classify a "generic company" to a "non-generic" one.

    Thanks for you time..

Maybe we can have an Online Common Ground here and discuss some possibilities..

Newbie paman tawon mi, so wala pa gyud ka ayo alamag,
By the way we are catering a bigger part of the blue collar industry, like kanang mga worker nga naa sa manufacturing, also macater pud mi ug mga janitors, chambermaids, chamberboy, almost tanan, nga pwede ma agi ug agency..

    thanks...
kinsa naa pa additional inputs diri?

    please do leave a comment...

Mao gyud bro, though nindot gyud siya nga business, stiff pud diay kaayo ang competition, need gyud diay pud ang connections ani...

initial investment bro, naa sa 6 figures bro..nya need more 6 figures pa pud diay for liquidity, one way pud diay to empress your client is showing that your company is liquid, not enough pa diay ang initial capital.

Mao nangamote gyud mi karon, but still hopeful and and taking strides for every step...

    Naa pa uban makashare diha?

    every comment is appreciated...

    thanks..

dakoa diay sah? 6 investors mo.. so at least 600,000 maoy total capital ninyo? Thats a lot of risk bro..
encricle yourself w/ all the connections bro kay you cant lose that amount

Mao ni difference bro f you let (1) opportunity knock u or (2) u make the opportunity yourself
The 1st is that u will hv less capital but it would also be like waiting for a rain in a desert
The 2nd is that u hv to dig all your money but ur making wat u want
Nothing is better than the other, it all depends on the businessman himself.

Mao gane nangamote nami sa akong mga partners ani, but somehow we are keeping up.

I know it's a lot ug risk, and I know I'm speculating with this type of operation.
But as what other great investors say " be Bold" or " Have courage".
Hehe na paman pud ko time to recover because I'm still young, and that money was what we can say "disposable". I could have invested it in another vehicle, say MF, Coop or banks.

But somehow mas na encourage ko ani nga business tungod sa management.
We have a management that has integrity and talent, mao nang one principle ni warren buffett.

I know Warren has other principles like, margin of safety, a business that you know of, a business that has a competitive edge, which I believe we qualified some of this requirements.

Pray to the almighty para naay blessings and hopefully mo prosper....^_^

    thanks.....

That's great to hear bro. I myself is an advocate for young entrepreneurship, more specifically on zero capital ventures.

Basta naa lang ta advance planning always, we would always prosper.
    Godspeed.
