    Default What can you say about Asus VR Guard Series Heat Sink


    Hi guys,
    Thanks for giving some insights on Hyper 48..thanks for all the advices as well...
    Now TTI is selling an Asus VR Guard Heat Sink...
    Can you tell me about it?? like Do you think this is a nice Heat Sink??


    I'm been trying to go to tipidpc.com..but looks like their site kinda down right now...

    Are you gonna put it on Socket 939 Single-core? You might want to consider Athlon X2 Stock cooler, I have it here selling it for 1000 only. Its not as heavy as Hyper 48 but it has 4 copper heatpipes....

    PC Ex. @ SM & Jones are retailing it for 1800 - 1850 Php..



    864g is quite heavy for a CPU cooler.. I think the manufacturer insures better foundation for it.. unless you keep on transporting your Rig.. naa juy chance nga naay mabuak or so..

    Stay away from that Hyper48 and even Hyper48+

    If you want the best Aircooling its ThermalTake's Bigtyphoon.. it even beats the Zalman CNPS9500 and thermalright's SI-120

    just google for reviews.

    if dli gyud ma solod sa imong case ang BigTyphoon, settle for the Mini Typhoon.

    and 900grams is not heavy for the board, its rated upto 1,200grams with the use of a quad bolt installtion.
