3. Job Title: Part Time Bookkeeper
The primary duties of the Bookkeeper are to record all day-to-day financial transactions for My Refuge House. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring transactions are recorded and balanced in the correct daybook, supplies ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger. The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for Pag-ibig, SSS and Phil Health paperwork.
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years in general bookkeeping experience with MS Excel and current accounting software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills highly desired and experience with a faith-based nonprofit organization preferred. This job is part-time and contractual.
Job Title: Temporary Full time Admin Assistant
My Refuge House is looking for an Admin Assistant for the months of June and July. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the candidate shall administer all assigned administrative functions specifically in the areas of accounting, purchasing and personnel administration.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high proficiency in English. The candidate should have computer skills and experience in office work. This job is full time but temporary. Applications will be accepted until May 26th.
