What do you think about the placte? Bukid na daw ni, nya sudlonon kaau from the high way.
Is this a wise buy?

they are saying its a nice place, pero paminaw nako mura man ug nindot the only thing basin sakaon kaayo. Ive always wanted to stay in such a place. Maayo unta naay maka post ug video man lang or pictures sa road going to this site. Interested me here also.

i know where it is but havn't been in the subdivision. i believe the subdivision is still under construction. Transportation maybe a ploblem as the only way to get there other than taxi is hubal- hubal.
Could be a nice place depending if the buyers in the subdivision are the ones buying to build and live there or just speculating in hope that the land value will go up, which in turn makes it like many subdivisions pretty ghostly like and not very attractive. Maybe hard to sell in the future

Remmember the ones making the money in an investment side of realestate are the one that are developing and runninhg these kind of subdivisions.

Go out there and take a look at the place, it all speaks for itself.
personally i prefer to live closer to amenities.
