From healthcastle.com Lettuce and Spinach: Lettuce and spinach are often found to have high levels of various pesticides – sometimes very potent types.

From simplesteps.org "In a representative sample of US children, those with higher levels of organophosphate (OPs) pesticide metabolites in their urine were more likely to have attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) than children with lower levels, researchers report in the June issue of Pediatrics." It's high time to start eating organic

Hi thanks for your query. I am posting this for a friend who is so committed to 1)helping the environment and 2) helping the farmers who support organic methods by serving as their marketing arm.
Their stall on Sundays is at BTC sa may Chains (first floor), it is difficult to miss their stall since she also has pots of her organic herbs for sale so it's the only one surrounded by plants. She also has a lot of organic mangoes right now from the lumads of minglanilla. You can also call her at home she lives in BC homes lahug. The numbers to call are 316-3464 or text 0917-714-8254 .
